Hey there. I don't see a way to message through the forum, so I figured this was the best way to get ahold of you.
I've had the maxisys pro for several months now and am running into quite a few of its limitations. I added this to our lineup with a snap on modis pro and a Tech 2. It supplements pretty well, but I was hoping it was more. The thread I just read that you replied to, with people wanting you to come back, made me chuckle. It also let me know that you may know more about this than Autel does.
I am having a hard time getting this thing to connect to late model 9-3. It will just fine through global, and even shows the other modules if I look for them, but it won't communicate with any of them. Software glitch? Limitation? Update needed?

If you can help, I'd be very appreciative, if not it's all good.
